This is a single phase to 3 Phase Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) / Inverter Without using any Microcontroller.
It has two tasks:
1-Converting single phase power source into 3 phase source
2-Adjust the output frequency to control the speed of the induction motors
Input voltage range = 30V to 240V AC or 40V to 340V DC
Maximum Load = Depends on the Mosfets and size of the heatsink, it could be 1KW or less.
Output Waveform = Modified Sine Wave
Output Frequency range = 30Hz to 100Hz
*You can get wider frequency range (such as 1Hz to 1000Hz or more) by changing the timing resistors / capacitor of IC NE555, but i don't recommend you to do that because the motors could get damage at very low or very high frequencies.
You can connect this circuit to DC source such as solar panels or high voltage battery instead of AC source (mains voltage), but you need to use a DC fuse instead of AC fuse.
